No federal rescue licence
There is no federal shelter licence: we don't invent a Commonwealth number and we don't fill in every state. Victoria registers shelters as a Domestic Animal Business with the council: that is Victoria, not the country. NSW s 88B designation is not a licence to open. South Australia's shelter licensing is not operating. ACNC and ABN are not the shelter number. RSPCA is not the organisation desk. A foster home is not a council pound. Wildlife licences are not for dogs and cats. Pet registration is the adopter's, and it is state law, not a federal duty. If you have a state or council registration, paste it. If not, you can send.
