There is no UK-wide rescue licence: we don't invent a Defra number and we don't fill in every local authority. Scotland SSI 2021/84 is an animal welfare establishment licence in Scotland, not the country. Wales and Northern Ireland do not have that licence in force: a consultation is not a statute. Charity Commission, Companies House and UTR are not the shelter number. RSPCA is not the organisation desk. The Kennel Club is pedigree, not ONG. A foster home is not licensed boarding.
