No federal rescue licence
There is no federal shelter licence: we don't invent a federal number and we don't fill in every province. Quebec B-3.1 art. 19 is a permit to operate a shelter or pound in Quebec, not the country. Art. 16 (15 or more cats or dogs) is not the organisation number. Art. 20 is a pet shop, not the refuge. New Brunswick pet establishment licences are New Brunswick. Manitoba kennel licensing of shelters is Manitoba, not a pasteable national number. CRA and the BN are not the shelter number. SPCA is not the organisation desk. CFIA is not the ONG number. A foster home is not a pound. Wildlife licences are not for dogs and cats. Pet licensing is the adopter's, and it is provincial, not a federal duty.
